Supervised psychosocial residential programs for persons referred by the Illinois Department of Mental Health who have had multiple admissions to inpatient psychiatric facility within one year or have been hospitalized at least 6 months out of the year. An array of support services that provides a system of individualized care to eight individuals with psychiatric illness in a stable apartment setting. Intensive stabilization and psychosocial rehabilitative services to male and females who have a history of chronic psychiatric illness and lack the social, educational, and vocational skills needed for successful community living.  Services include include teachings of independent living skills training;
stress management; how to cope with the illness and its symptoms; to avoid hospitalization; recovery/wellness; specialized MISA groups for persons with mental illness and substance 24 hour supervised residential living for adult males with an extensive history of psychiatric hospitalization & difficulty avoiding re-hospitalization. Advocacy, outreach, screening, assessment and referral services to  recidivists with mental illness problem recently discharged from a state psychiatric facility. The Pulse HRDI Practice Journal HRDI Quarterly Newsletter Serves to increase positive adaptation and social-emotional well being in children and adolescents ages 5-17 years, who are dealing with mental health issues.  The goal is to reduce risk factors for behavioral and emotional disorders by early intervention in the home, school, and community setting. Case management service coordination and direct services, primarily in the home and/or other settings for persons referred by the Illinois Department of Mental Health who have had multiple admissions to inpatient psychiatric facility within one year or have been hospitalized at least 6 months out
of the year. Women Supportive Housing Program  provides supportive housing and services to sixteen (16)  single females over the age of 18, who are homeless and in need of mental health and/or substance abuse treatment services. Designed to link rental assistance to supportive services for  individuals who are homeless and in need of mental health and/ or substance abuse treatment services.
